Mobile App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RESTOBOT business mobile application for restaurant managers ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the App
The RESTOBOT mobile application is designed for restaurant owners and managers. It provides the same functionality as the web-based administration panel, allowing you to:
- manage your establishment's digital menu
- view and process incoming orders
- manage reservations
- configure delivery settings
- access analytics and reports
- manage establishment settings
3. Eligibility
By using the App, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you are an authorized representative of the establishment registered on the RESTOBOT platform
- you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the establishment
4. Authentication
The App uses Telegram for authentication. When you sign in, you are redirected to Telegram via a deep link, and Telegram transmits your profile data (user ID, name, username, and profile photo URL) to the App.
The App does not create or store separate login credentials. Your access is tied to your Telegram account.
You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.
5. Data and Privacy
The App does not collect or store any personal data beyond what is described in the RESTOBOT platform's Privacy Policy.
The App does not use analytics, tracking technologies, or advertising SDKs. It does not access your device's contacts, camera, microphone, or location data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations
- distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- infringe intellectual property rights of others
RESTOBOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to RESTOBOT or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Telegram — for user authentication via deep link
Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. RESTOBOT is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
RESTOBOT aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
RESTOBOT is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESTOBOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational damage arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The total liability of RESTOBOT shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the previous 12 months.
11. Termination
RESTOBOT may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- these Terms are violated
- the App is used unlawfully
- your establishment account is closed
- required by law
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination.
12. Changes to the Terms
RESTOBOT may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
