By using paid features, you agree that:

  • payment processing is handled by Stripe
  • RESTOBOT does not store full payment card details
  • additional terms from Stripe may apply

RESTOBOT may change pricing or introduce new paid features with reasonable notice.

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, and other tools.

RESTOBOT is not responsible for:

  • the availability of third-party services
  • their terms or policies
  • failures or interruptions caused by those services

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.


8. Intellectual Property

  • platform functionality

belong to RESTOBOT or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • reputational damage

arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

The total liability of RESTOBOT shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the previous 12 months.

  • the Service is used unlawfully
  • required by law

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination.
